1) A: We accept credit cards, checks and paypal
payments. All of our payments are collected through Paypal' s secure server.
2) A: We ship most orders within 3 days. We primarily use USPS priority
3 day mail. That makes 6 days excluding weekends and holidays. Some orders
ship the same day the order was placed. You will receive an e-mail notifying
you that your order has been shipped.
3) A: Though it is a rarity, sometimes shipments are damaged. We must
have the damaged merchandise shipped back to us. At that time we can offer
you a refund, or resend the item(s) to you.
4) A: If you need to return an item e-mail
us with the details of why you wish to return an item. You must receive
an item return code before you ship it back to us. We will contact you
by e-mail or phone.
5) A: If you do not have a credit/debit/or paypal account e-mail
us with your order and chosen method of payment. We will contact you within
24 hours.
6) A: If an item you want is on backorder you will have the option of
receiving the rest of your order now, and the back ordered item when it
comes in. You may also choose to cancel the backordered item. We pay half
the shipping on back ordered items that ship separately from the rest
of your order.
7) A: We have no problem shipping to: USA, Canada, or the United Kingdom.
If you are in another country you may place an order, we will e-mail you
with shipping rates before we charge your card. You must reply to this
e-mail affirming that you accept the shipping arrangements.
8) A: If your order was not complete then we could not locate the item
in question. Your card would then be credited for the amount of the item.
This rarely happens.
9) A: We have a small staff, but we are all experienced in magick and
we know all of our products. We would love to help you in your search
for the perfect gift, or suggest spiritual tools to guide you on your
path. Please e-mail us with
your inquiries.
10) A: If your credit card was declined your order was deleted. Please
place your order again.
11) A: We are not a wholesaler. Drop shipped
items always considered for addition to our on-line store.
